Returns & Exchanges
- Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty upon inspection.
- Cancelled orders before dispatch will receive a full refund, including delivery charges.
- Returns must be in original, unused, and sealable condition with packaging and tags intact, within 14 days of receipt.
Return Exceptions
- Worn, used, washed, tumble-dried, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom-made orders are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Complete the Returns Form in your package. If lost, email info@afiyahcollections.com.
- Repackage the item securely.
- Ship via Post Office or courier of your choice.
- Keep your proof of postage (tracking recommended).
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse and may take 3-5 working days to appear.
Important Notes
- The item is the customer's responsibility until received by us.
- Discounts/promotions (including free delivery) may be reversed if the remaining order value no longer qualifies.
- Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
Exchanges
- Follow the Returns Process and place a new order.
- If the item is defective, a refund or replacement will be confirmed within 14 days.
- For exchanges, a re-postage fee applies, unless we are at fault.
- International exchanges require the customer to cover all delivery costs.
