Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty upon inspection.
  • Cancelled orders before dispatch will receive a full refund, including delivery charges.
  • Returns must be in original, unused, and sealable condition with packaging and tags intact, within 14 days of receipt.

Return Exceptions

  • Worn, used, washed, tumble-dried, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom-made orders are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Complete the Returns Form in your package. If lost, email info@afiyahcollections.com.
  2. Repackage the item securely.
  3. Ship via Post Office or courier of your choice.
  4. Keep your proof of postage (tracking recommended).
  5. Refunds are processed within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse and may take 3-5 working days to appear.

Important Notes

  • The item is the customer's responsibility until received by us.
  • Discounts/promotions (including free delivery) may be reversed if the remaining order value no longer qualifies.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.

Exchanges

  • Follow the Returns Process and place a new order.
  • If the item is defective, a refund or replacement will be confirmed within 14 days.
  • For exchanges, a re-postage fee applies, unless we are at fault.
  • International exchanges require the customer to cover all delivery costs.
