Your Status

  • You are legally capable of entering a binding contract (18+ in England).
  • You are an authorised user of the payment method used.

Order & Contract Formation

  • After placing an order, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email. This does not confirm acceptance.
  • Orders are subject to availability and approval.
  • Payment is authorised upon order submission but processed only after full payment is received.
  • Order confirmation email when dispatched forms the contract.
  • Orders cannot be changed once placed, but items may be returned per Returns Policy.
  • Minor product changes may occur due to legal or regulatory updates.
  • Contracts are in English only, and customers should retain order details.

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery by the date in Dispatch Confirmation or within 30 days.
  • If delivery fails three times, the contract may be canceled and a new delivery charge will apply.
  • Delivery is complete once the order reaches the provided address, and responsibility passes to the customer.
  • Products are owned once full payment is received.
  • Product images are for illustration only; actual colors may vary slightly.

Price & Payment

  • Prices are shown in GBP, EUR, and USD, including UK VAT but excluding delivery charges.
  • Prices may change, but confirmed orders are unaffected. VAT adjustments may apply if changed before full payment.
  • Accepted payments: Visa, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, and Stripe.
  • If a pricing error is obvious, the order may be canceled, a refund issued, and the product returned.
  • Voucher codes must be applied at checkout (one per order).

Returns & Cancellations

EEA Customers: Right to Cancel

  • You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If dispatched, return the items within 14 days at your expense.

Faulty Products

  • If a manufacturing defect occurs, contact with images and proof of purchase within 14 days.
  • If reported after 14 days, additional evidence may be requested before issuing a refund.
  • Slight length variations (up to 1 inch) may occur due to manufacturing processes.

Our Right to Cancel

  • If payment is not made on time.
  • If required information is not provided.
  • If delivery is not accepted within a reasonable time.

Our Liability

  • Responsible for foreseeable loss or damage due to negligence.
  • Not liable for unforeseeable losses, including business-related damages.
  • Liability is not limited for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by negligence.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control. If such an event occurs:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Our obligations will be paused until the event is resolved.
  • If delivery is affected, we will arrange a new date.
